Roll your sleeves up with a relaxing and creative mosaic workshop! In this hands-on session you’ll either design and create your very own Christmas decoration or a personalised mosaic house number to take pride of place at home. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have tried mosaics before, you’ll be guided through the process from start to finish.
You’ll learn how to safely use mosaic cutting tools to shape tiles, before arranging them into your unique design. Feel free to make your project completely personal by bringing along broken china, pottery, beads, sea glass or other special treasures you’d like to incorporate into your mosaic.
All materials, tools and tuition are included, and you’ll be given a bag of grout to take home, allowing your masterpiece to dry before completing the final stage at home. It’s a wonderfully mindful way to spend a few hours, and you’ll leave with a beautiful handmade keepsake or gift to treasure for years to come.
Suitable for beginners. Please note that cutting tools will be used during this workshop, so care should be taken throughout the session. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to get creative!
